TopHands Holly Springs Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, walkways, and commercial concrete work.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service agreements are subject to site evaluation and approval.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Material costs and labor rates are subject to change based on market conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid services.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions. We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule and will communicate any delays promptly.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our services as outlined in your service agreement. Warranty coverage varies based on the type of work performed.

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked before work begins. It is your responsibility to contact utility companies to mark lines before we start work.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages.

Property Access

You grant us access to your property for the duration of the project. This includes reasonable access for equipment, materials, and personnel. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring safe access to the work area.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased.

Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.
